The screens described on this page are only displayed the very first time you use the app. They allow you to configure the basic settings.

Take the tour, or dive straight in.
The “Take a tour first” button will open this very website.
Tapping on “Let’s do this!” will lead you to the next view.
Activity Selection
Pick what you want to practise.
On this screen you can select which of the “Big Seven” activities you would like to practice.
This is only a first selection. You can always change and fine-tune the activities (e.g. set the days you would like to practice them) in the settings of the app.
